An exquisite 56 Year Old single malt, the second release in The Glenlivet’s Eternal Collection, crafted over half a century and presented in an extraordinary bespoke sculpture by Fredrikson Stallard. Limited to only 60 bottles worldwide, it stands as the pinnacle of rarity and refinement.

NOSE

The nose opens with inviting and invigorating aromas of red apples, stewed plums and orange zest, followed by a warming and indulgent blend of rich dark chocolate and moreish sticky toffee pudding. These are complemented beautifully with finishing notes of heather honey and roasted hazelnuts.

PALATE

Apricot slices and apples stewed with warming baking spices of cloves and cinnamon lead the way. Flavours unfold further into velvety/ Madagasgan vanilla, toasted oak, sun drenched raisins and a subtle touch of fresh ginger.

FINISH

Rich and incredibly smooth, the notes evolve to culminate in a finish which is well-balanced, complex and enduring.

Fredrikson Stallard are a British-Swedish art and design practice based in London. Their sculptural display serves as a modern ode to both nature and legacy. The sculpture depicts the scorched, raw heather branches before their abundant regeneration; they rise from an ancient rock drawn from the Speyside land itself to symbolise strength, perseverance and authenticity.
